Email > Email Client Setup > Using POP3
Outlook 2007
  • 1. Open up Outlook 2007. Go to Tools > Account Settings > New (Under Email tab).





  • 2. Select the radio button for Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP. Click Next.


  • 3. Tick at the check box that says "Manually configure server settings or additional server type" and click Next.


  • 4. Select the radio button for Internet Email and click Next.

  • 5. Supply the needed details.


  • 6. Click on More Settings > Outgoing Server tab


    Tick the check box that says "My outgoing server requires authentication". Also select the radio button for "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

  • 7. Click on Advance tab

    •           Change the "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" from 25 to 587

  • 8. Click Ok, then Next and Finish.
